4 Day Shop Closure – Monday 5th July to Thursday 8th July
The shop will be closed for 4 days from Monday 5th of July for a systems migration and stock take. Our phones will be off, but taking messages for urgent enquiries. We will still be answering emails periodically during this time.
Our mechanics are still working on the bikes we have in store and collections for finished repairs or new bikes that are ready for collection are unaffected.
It is still a worrying time for everyone, and we continue to ask that you to help us to protect our staff in order that we can continue to serve you and care for your bikes. All customers are still required to wear a mask whilst in store and our staff will continue to do so as well. If you are exempt, or do not wish to wear one, then we are more than happy to serve you outside.
In Store Shopping Open – Workshop Appointment ONLY
For in store shopping, you no longer require an appointment, though it is preferred if you can book one so that we can be prepared for your visit, effectively manage numbers in store and help avoid long wait times outside.
If you are looking to chase a repair or an order collection, we are not giving updates over the phone, we just do not have the capacity due to the volume of work we have. Please email[email protected], or contact us using this form and we will give you an update as soon as we can. Please understand we are all working as hard as we can, and repairs and bike builds are being done in strict order that they were received as parts and stock become available. We are seeing delays from all our suppliers now as well as delays in the courier and postal system.
Browsing and Checking Stock
We are open for general browsing, please book an appointment if possible. We are in the process of publishing a new website, so please bear with us whilst that comes to fruition.
If you are looking to check stock of an item, then please email us, and we will respond asap. If you dont have access to email, then please pick up the phone.
