New Opening Times
New Opening TImes from Tuesday 24th March 2020 for the forseable future.
Monday to Saturday 9am to 3pm.
Sunday – Closed
Appointment ONLY Service
We realise this is a worrying time for everyone, and we ask that you to help us to reduce the risk to yourselves and our staff in order that we can continue to serve you and care for your bikes.
We have moved to an appointment only service until further notice. Please use the links below to book an appointment, or call the shop.
Follow the guidance
If you or anyone in your immediate family/household are unwell or showing symptoms that could be attributable to coronavirus we respectfully ask you not to visit the shop and follow the latest government guidance.
We are making sure all contact points are cleaned multiple time a day and have suitable PPE for all our staff.
From Tuesday 24th March we are closed for general browsing. If you need to purchase anything then we have appointments available. You can book an appointment here: Book an appointment.
Support your local shops
Not just bike shops, but all your local shops. We will all need your support in the coming months. Think local.
We can still help
If you require assistance please call to discuss this with us (01202 424 945), or use our contact form. We can collect bikes, and also deliver items without a problem.
We’ll also be offering a video shopping service shortly too. If you would like us to show you items we have in the store and put your shopping together for you, then we will be able to do that as well. You can then either pay online, and collect, or we can deliver.
If you would like to book a repair collection, please call the shop on 01202 424 945, or book online. Now is a great time to get your bike repaired, especially if you rely on it for travel. If you need you bike for work transport and are a key worker, not only do you get a (double) discount, but we will prioritise your repair to get you back on the road asap. If we can’t get it fixed before your shift ends, we’ll loan you a bike until it is fixed.

Avoid Cash Please
We would like to avoid cash payments wherever possible so please bring your bank card to take payment. We can also send invoices for online payment for any repair work or shop items.
Get out and exercise
Current guidance suggests exercise once a day is still good as long as reasonable distances are maintained. With the upcoming weather, there is no better time to get out on your bike. If you have a bike, then get it out the shed, pump up the tires and get out and ride. It will improve your mood and give you a welcome break from the indoors, especially while the sun is out!
As the current situation is a rapidly changing one we will keep you updated with any changes as they occur.
