eBike Demo Day – Thursday 16th June 16 at Moors Valley

sduro-gallery7_mini

Bournemouth Cycleworks is proud to announce our very first E-Bike Demo Day on Thursday 16th June at Moors Valley Country Park. The event is COMPLETELY FREE (for those that pre-register) and is the perfect chance to see what all the fuss is with e-bikes.

This will be a great chance to ride the new generation of e-bikes from the world’s best bike brands. Trek, Giant, Haibike and Adventure will all be here and you’ll be able to meet and talk to the experts at the forefront of the new wave of e-bike tech. So if you want to be the first to test ride the next generation e-bikes, then make sure you’ve got this event in your diary.

We will also have some great supporting brands here showing off their wares, with demo helmets from Fox, Bell and Giro.

How is it going to work?

We will have around 25 bikes on site for you to test and play with. A demo slot lasts 30 minutes with 15 minutes set aside for setup and questions. More than enough time for a loop of the MV single-track and a play on the DH sections. Over the next few days all the bikes will be listed below. Simply select the bike you want to demo and pick a time slot. Your booking(s) will be added to your cart. Check out the cart as if you were shopping online and you’re done. If you add your car registration plate in as well, we will cover your parking fee. There is also going to be a free BBQ and drinks for those that pre-register.

What time is the event?

We will be on site from around 12 noon, with the first ride slot at 1pm. The last ride will depart around 7:45pm.

What you need to Bring

Please be aware that you will need to bring photo ID, a debit/credit card, a helmet is essential to test any of the bikes – a pair of pedals is also a good idea, but not essential. We do not charge to demo a bike but will need to keep hold of your Photo ID and credit/debit card whilst you are testing the bikes – a refundable deposit of £10 will be required, taken on the day.

What is parking like on site?

There is ample parking at Moors Valley, but there is a charge for parking on site. If you pre-register and book a slot or 2 then we’ll cover the cost! Pre registration only.
