It’s good to take an end of season break, but when is it time to knuckle down again? Weight We all like to indulge in a few treats at the end of the season. That chocolate bar you always avoided, the glass of wine you turned down – now you can let your hair down[…]
It is still a worrying time for most people, and we ask that you to help us to reduce the risk to yourselves and our staff (some of which are vulnerable and/or have vulnerable families) in order that we can continue to serve you and care for your bikes. All customers are required to wear a mask in store. If you are exempt then we are happy to serve you outside.
In Store Shopping Open as normal – Workshop Appointment ONLY
For in store shopping, we are open as normal now, though it is a huge help if you can book an appointment so that we can be prepared for your visit, effectively manage numbers in store and help avoid long wait times outside.
Please shop alone, unless necessary to bring a child or carer. We do not have the space to accommodate large groups at the moment.
Workshop
The WORKSHOP will remain appointment only, however we are now taking walk-in repairs using free slots in our appointment system. Pop on in with your repair and we’ll get you booked into the first available slot. Our new system enables us to get your bike fixed up and back to you sooner, where parts are available from stock. We are aiming to provide a 1 working day turn-a-round from when parts become available.
Opening Times
New Opening Times from Tuesday 18th May 2021 until further notice.
Monday – Closed – Repair and new bike collections are available by prior arrangement – 10am to 4pm.
If you are looking to chase a repair or an order collection, we are not giving updates over the phone. Please email [email protected], or contact us using this form and we will give you an update as soon as we can. Please understand we are all working as hard as we can, and repairs and bike builds are being done in strict order that they were received as parts and stock become available. We are seeing delays from all our suppliers as well as delays in the courier and postal system.
Browsing and Checking Stock
We are open for general browsing, please book an appointment if possible. We are in the process of publishing a new website, so please bear with us whilst that comes to fruition.
If you are looking to check stock of an item, then please email us, and we will respond asap. If you don’t have access to email, then please pick up the phone.
