At Bournemouth Cycleworks we offer competitively priced professional bike repairs and Bicycle Servicing in our Bournemouth bike repair shop. We have the largest cycle repair workshop on the south coast to make sure your bike keeps running like new! Our workshop is fully equipped and master mechanics are Cytech trained and certified, the cycle industry accreditation scheme for mechanics, as well as up-to-date training from all major suppliers.
How do I get my bike repaired?
Glad you asked! Most of the year we run our workshop with an appointment system. This helps keep our wait times down and managed everyones expectations. During the winter, we do offer walk-ins, so you can pop on down and drop your bike off. If in doubt, give us a call and discuss your requirements with our workshop staff on

We are happy to work on all types of bikes from road bikes to mountain bikes, hybrids to BMX bikes, including electric bikes from all major brands.
Fast Professional Service
We aim to complete your repairs and servicing in 2 working days. If we need parts, subject to availability, then 3-4 working days. This is subject to our suppliers having the parts required, and delivering them on time. In the past 3 months we have completed 94% of repairs and services in 2 working days. How many other shops can say that?

If you are in a hurry to get your bike fixed we offer an express service for an extra £10. This service is only available when we have the parts required for the repair in stock, and the capacity to do it while you wait.
Shimano Premium Service Centre and Cycle Workshop
Bournemouth Cycleworks have been appointed a Shimano Premium Service Centre and Bosch Expert Service Center, so you can be sure you are getting the highest quality cycle service, bike repairs and advice, and walk away with piece of mind that your bike is working the way you want it to.
Electric Bike Repairs
We will happily service and repair all electric bikes from brands that we sell or have a direct relationship with their suppliers. We will repair mechanical issues on most electrical bikes but cannot repair electrical issues on bikes that we have not supplied or do not have supplier backup. If in doubt, call us on 01202 424945. All bikes that enter our workshop must be EAPC compliant.
We can service and repair most brands of ebikes, from Bosch, Giant, Shimano, Yamaha, Ebike motion, Whisper, Batribike, Impulse, TQ Motors, and Hyena and Mahle.
Wheel Building and Wheel Repairs
We are also DT Swiss certified wheel-builders, no matter what the wheel, we can build it!
Suspension Fork Repairs
We service most suspension forks, reverbs and rear shocks in-house so you can save money without sacrificing service quality.
Frame Preparation
We also offer professional frame preparation services so that you know your new bike is going to work to the highest standard and last as long as possible.

We offer bike repairs in Bournemouth, Poole and most of Dorset and Hampshire, though our collection service. Please call for more information on or get in touch.
Most bike repairs can be carried out on the same day or even while you wait. In addition, our staff are happy to provide expert advice on upgrading or modifying your bike, as well as appropriate cycle accessories to enhance your riding enjoyment.
