What our customers say about our bike repair shop
Great bike shop

Great bike repair shop. I took my Canyon ebike in for diagnostics on a faulty controller. The guys found out quickly what the problem was and sent a detailed itemised estimate for the work. They put up with my constant questions and emails, always getting back to me quickly and sending pictures if needed to clarify. I’m very pleased with the work and their online booking in system also works really well. I can’t think of any negatives, hence 5 star rating.

You can tell they really care about their customers

Cycleworks Bournemouth was amazing! I needed a tricky spare part for my bike, and their team went above and beyond to sort it out. They actually made the part from scratch, which was impressive, and it fit perfectly. You can tell they really care about their customers and love what they do. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Absolute Hero’s and lifesavers!! I now continue on to Lands End and then on to John O groats

Any Make, Any Model (almost)
We are happy to work on all types of bikes in our bike repair shop from E-Bikes to road bikes to mountain bikes and hybrids to BMX bikes, even if they were not bought from us. We will even turn our hand to electric bikes, wheel chairs and push chairs. If in doubt, give us a ring – 01202 424945, or contact us to discuss your requirements. Our only exception is electrics on electric bikes that we didn’t sell and don’t get supplier support from.
How Often should I service my bike?
The type of bike you ride and the usage will dictate the frequency of servicing – but the main thing to remember is that regular maintenance is preferable to emergency repairs for you and your bike. A service once a year is a good start, but if you ride very frequently, increasing this would be a good idea.
